Cookies
Five cookies, each one there only to make the site work the way you set it. Visits are counted without any, and nothing is shared.

What is stored
- Name
lang- What it does
- Remembers whether you read in English or Czech.
- How long
- A year.
- Name
theme- What it does
- Remembers whether you picked the light or the dark look. Not set while the page follows your system.
- How long
- A year.
- Name
stygion_session- What it does
- Keeps you signed in. Set only when you sign in; your browser does not let scripts read it and sends it only over an encrypted connection to this site.
- How long
- 90 days, or until you sign out.
- Name
stygion_return- What it does
- Remembers which page to bring you back to after you sign in.
- How long
- 10 minutes.
- Name
stygion_oauth_consent- What it does
- Only when you connect an AI assistant to your STYGION ID: ties the page where you approve it to the browser you signed in with. Scripts cannot read it and it is sent only to that one page.
- How long
- 10 minutes.
Only STYGION reads them, and they go nowhere else. All five are set SameSite=Lax, so your browser does not send them along with a request another
site tries to slip in. The vote page also remembers your nickname and when you voted on each
list, in this browser's local storage, so it does not have to ask again; that goes nowhere.
Nothing else is stored: no measurement or advertising identifiers, no third-party scripts.
Why there is no banner
Consent is needed when a site stores something in your browser, or reads it back, that the site would work without. Nothing here does: the five cookies above are what the site needs, and visits are counted by our own Umami without cookies or browser storage, without your IP address and without personal data (details in the privacy notice). Interrupting you with a banner would be noise.
If we ever want to store or share more, the banner arrives at the same moment. Refusing will be as easy as agreeing, same size of button on the same screen. Until then you can switch the counting off with "Do Not Track" in your browser.
Getting rid of them
Clear this site's data in your browser settings. It signs you out, and next time the page guesses your language from your browser.
What we do with personal data is set out in the privacy policy.
