STYGION Launcher is a free Minecraft launcher for Windows and Linux. It plays CurseForge and Modrinth modpacks, and when a server's website has a Play button, one press installs that server's pack and puts you in. See every download ### One press from a website. Servers put a Play button on their site. Press it and the launcher opens, installs the exact pack version that server runs, saves the server and connects. Already have the pack? Straight in. Try it on STYGION MC ### The server says what it recommends. A server with Keystone tells the launcher its pack, the Keystone version it runs and its resource pack. Before you join, one panel offers them: Keystone in exactly the server's version, the mods the server recommends, and its resource pack downloaded ahead, so joining downloads nothing and the textures don't reload. Tick what you want. Mods come only from CurseForge and Modrinth, checked by hash; a Keystone the portals haven't approved yet comes from our update server, checked the same way. Turn it off in Settings → Game → Servers. ### Run a server? Make your own button. Fill in your server's address and modpack and you get a button and a link for your website, Discord or forum. Free with a STYGION ID: you see how often it is used, change it later, and can put your server in the public list. Make a Play button ### Friends, if you want them. Sign in with STYGION ID and you get friends and chat inside the launcher. Rather not? Everything else works without an account. ### Your packs, with the hours in them. A library that remembers which pack, which version and how long you've played it, with its worlds and servers next to it. ### How fast is it on your PC? Measure it. Press Measure on my PC and the launcher copies your instance, runs a fixed scene for 90 seconds and shows the result right away, offline: average FPS, the 1% low, a frame-time graph, memory, loading time and what ran out first. Sending it to us is your call, with your consent, under your STYGION ID or anonymously, and you can take back any run you sent and unlink it from your account. In Discover, packs show an estimate (FPS and GB) from similar PCs. There's little data so far, and where there is, it says so. ### A pack author can ship presets. A preset is a set of changes the pack's author made for a kind of PC. You see exactly what it changes first, apply it with one click, and the launcher takes a backup you can Undo. Mods come only from CurseForge and Modrinth, with a warning and a conflict check before anything is added. Potato Mode is one of them. ### What it does - Installs modpacks from CurseForge and Modrinth with their dependencies, or a .mrpack or CurseForge zip from your disk. - Runs vanilla, Fabric, Quilt, Forge and NeoForge. - Finds Java on your computer, or downloads the right one per instance. - Microsoft or offline accounts, several side by side. - Servers with ping and player count; worlds listed under the pack that made them. - Opens Play buttons and links from any website. - Optional STYGION ID: friends, chat, and tickets to us from inside the launcher. - Benchmark: 90 seconds on a copy of your instance, the result on your screen without the network. - Presets from the pack author: preview, one click, a backup, and Undo. - Offers what the server recommends before you join: its Keystone version, recommended mods and resource pack. - The installer and AppImage update themselves from stygion.eu, every update signed; the Microsoft Store version updates through the Store. ### Windows and Linux s0.12.1 Instance settings (memory, Java, arguments) save without an error again. - #### Windows - EXE : x86_64 : 8.0 MB Download - #### Linux - APPIMAGE : x86_64 : 87.0 MB Download Every file is signed, and the signature sits next to it. Changelogs ### Questions people ask Is it free? Yes, and there's nothing to buy inside it. Which systems? Windows (64-bit) and Linux (AppImage, x86_64). There's no macOS build: we have no Mac to test one on, and we don't ship what we can't test. Do I need a Microsoft account? For servers that check accounts, yes. An offline account is enough for singleplayer and for servers running in offline mode. Both kinds can sit side by side. Do I need a STYGION account? No. You only need one for friends, chat and tickets. What does the benchmark send? Nothing, unless you choose to. The result stays on your computer. If you send it, it carries the pack and its version, the game and loader version, your processor and graphics card model, the driver version, memory, system, window size, graphics and Java settings, and the measured frames, memory and loading times. Never your name, IP address, serial numbers or anything from your worlds. You can download or disconnect what you sent in Settings → Benchmark. Can I switch from Prism Launcher, MultiMC, the CurseForge app or the Modrinth App? Yes. STYGION Launcher imports your instances from all four: the game folder is copied into a new instance, and the original stays untouched in its own launcher. A pack exported as .mrpack or a CurseForge zip can be dropped in as well. Is STYGION Launcher a Prism Launcher alternative? It does the same job: modpacks from CurseForge and Modrinth, Fabric, Quilt, Forge and NeoForge, several accounts side by side. What version is STYGION MC? Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.1 on NeoForge, with the STYGION: Aeronautics modpack version 1.0.9. Do I need a whitelist or an application? No. Install the pack, add mc.stygion.eu and join. The first time, the game gives you a code; link it in #mc-link on our Discord and your name is yours. Can I play on Bedrock, console or phone? No. The server runs mods, and mods need Minecraft Java Edition on a computer. Do I need the exact same modpack version? Yes. STYGION Launcher handles it for you; in any other launcher, pick version 1.0.9. Is VIP pay-to-win? No. A rank buys looks, comfort and perks that do not spoil anybody else's game: a rank tag and a coloured name, a seat on a full server, more homes, more claims and force-loaded chunks (playtime earns claims too), a monthly kit (armour, enchanted tools, rockets, Create materials), and from VIP+ /nick, teleports without the wait and /fly over your own claims, or anywhere but other teams' claims with LEGEND (you can fly without a rank too: mods, rituals, elytra, jetpacks). STYGION Keystone is a free server mod for Fabric and NeoForge on Minecraft 1.21.1 and 26.2: Discord both ways, ranks, votes, tickets, restarts, backups and real skins on offline servers, with a web editor that comes inside the jar. Download for NeoForge 1.21.1 How many players will your pack hold? ### What your modpack costs, on your machine. Type /keystone test 20. Keystone places twenty test players spread across the map, so each drags its own chunks into the tick, measures it, tells you what gave out first and names the mods the time went into. Say yes and the run joins the public numbers, with no server name, address or player names. See the measured numbers ### The editor is in the download. Type /keystone panel in game and click the link in chat. Your own server serves the page from the same jar, and it works with the network cable pulled out. Saving applies without a restart, and every change is a version you can put back. In game /keystone panel ### Switch off what you don't need. Every module turns off, and a module that's off is never started: no memory, no CPU, no tables. ### What's inside - Discord: chat both ways with clickable links, account linking from a code typed in game, roles and bans kept in step, the console in a channel. - Tickets: /ticket in game (or /bug, /feedback) or a button on Discord, each in its own channel; the answer reaches the player in game, and tickets can be forwarded to your own queue. - Ultimine: FTB Ultimine's six shapes (vein, tunnels, 3x3 square, escape staircase) chosen with the mouse wheel, and the right button harvests and replants, tills, strips logs and lays paths. Each part can be switched off. - Ranks by playtime: a ladder: the heaviest rank earned is worn and the lower ones step aside. - Votes: NuVotifier v1 and v2 on one port. STYGION Panel is a self-hosted game server panel for hosting providers: one Go binary that runs game servers in Podman or Docker containers. Your Pterodactyl and Pelican eggs keep working, and an AI assistant can drive it over MCP. Seven days free, then €4.90 a month for every panel you run. Read the install guide ### What you skip. No PHP, no queue worker, no Redis, no separate daemon. The installer works out your distribution, installs Podman if it's missing, checks the download against the release manifest and writes a systemd unit. Running servers keep running. You can't create new ones until you subscribe again. What if STYGION goes down? Nothing, for fourteen days. After that only creating new servers stops. The same account works on this site, in the launcher, for VIP on our server and for a Panel licence. From Discord also whether you're on our server, so we know if you're on the team. ### Your data Download everything we hold as one file, or delete the account yourself. Nobody has to ask us. Privacy policy ### Questions people ask Do I need an account to play? No. The launcher and our servers work without one. Lost access to Discord? Link a second way in now, before you need it. Pick your processor, memory and modpack. You get how many players it held in real load tests, what each player costs the tick, what gave out first and which mods ate the time. Every number shows how many runs it came from. ### Your processor and memory Processor Server memory (GB) Storage None of it is required. The more you say, the nearer the runs we can show you, and each one says how near it actually is. ### Your modpack The pack’s name Both CurseForge and Modrinth at once. Once you pick one we read its mod list and hold it against what people have measured. #### What people have measured 0 runs in all #### There is nothing here yet Nobody has sent us a run yet. Running a server? One command and you would be the first. How ### How we measure Test players are spread across the map, so each one loads its own chunks the way real players do. The tick is profiled per mod. Runs from different measurement versions and scenarios are never averaged together, and a number we don't have shows as "not measured", never zero. A median from four runs is a rumour. Every number here carries the count it came from, and where there are not enough we say so. ### Questions How much RAM does a modded server need? Pick your pack and machine above. You get what gave out first in real runs, whether that was memory or something else. Where do the numbers come from? From servers running STYGION Keystone whose owners chose to share a load test. Each run says which machine, which pack and which JVM flags. Why does it say "not measured"? Because a zero would read as the best possible result. We'd rather show nothing than a number nobody measured. ### Measure your own server Run a server? /keystone test 20 adds your numbers. No server name, no address, nothing that names anybody. /keystone test 20 When it finishes, say yes to sharing it and you get a link to this page for your own pack. Nobody types a pack name: a set is known by the mods it actually loaded. Keystone also measures five minutes of ordinary play once a day: how long the tick took, how many people were on, and which mod the time was spent in. Nothing that names the server goes with it, not even a random id, so we cannot tell two samples from one machine apart from two machines. /keystone set bench.share-live false turns it off, and emptying bench.send-to stops anything being sent at all. We make games, apps and tools for people who play and for people who run servers. Today that's a launcher, a server mod, a game server panel and one account across them, plus game servers we run ourselves. ### Why Nothing here started as a product idea. Each one started as an evening lost to something that should have taken ten minutes. So we built the version we wanted, put it on our own server, and fixed what broke in front of our own players. ### How we work - We use our own products before you do: this website and its backend run in STYGION Panel, and STYGION MC runs on Keystone. - Every number we publish says where it came from and how many measurements are behind it. - We don't promise dates. Dostaneš, kolik hráčů unesl ve skutečných zátěžových testech, kolik ticku stojí jeden hráč, co povolilo první a které mody sežraly čas. Jeden příkaz a jsi tu první. Jak na to ### Jak měříme Testovací hráči jsou rozházení po mapě, takže každý načítá vlastní chunky jako skutečný hráč. Tick se profiluje po modech. Běhy z různých verzí měření a scénářů se nikdy nesčítají do jednoho průměru a číslo, které nemáme, se ukáže jako „neměřeno", nikdy jako nula. Medián ze čtyř běhů je fáma. U každého čísla tady je, z kolika běhů vzešlo, a kde jich není dost, je to řečeno. ### Časté otázky Kolik RAM potřebuje modovaný server? Vyber nahoře pack a stroj. Dozvíš se, co ve skutečných bězích povolilo první, ať už paměť, nebo něco jiného. Odkud ta čísla jsou? Ze serverů se STYGION Keystone, jejichž majitelé se rozhodli sdílet zátěžový test. Každý běh říká, jaký stroj, jaký pack a jaké JVM flagy. Proč tam stojí „neměřeno"? Protože nula by se četla jako nejlepší možný výsledek. Radši neukážeme nic než číslo, které nikdo nezměřil. ### Změř si vlastní server Máš server? /keystone test 20 přidá tvoje čísla. Žádné jméno serveru, žádná adresa, nic, co by někoho jmenovalo. /keystone test 20 Až doběhne, řekni ano na otázku, jestli ho sdílet, a dostaneš odkaz na tuhle stránku pro svůj pack. Jméno packu se nikdy nepíše: sada se pozná podle modů, které má doopravdy načtené. Keystone k tomu jednou denně změří pět minut běžného provozu: jak dlouho trval tick, kolik lidí bylo připojených a ve kterém modu se ten čas strávil. Nejde s tím nic, co by server pojmenovalo, ani náhodné id, takže ani my nepoznáme dva vzorky z jednoho stroje od dvou strojů. Vypne to /keystone set bench.share-live false, a vyprázdněné bench.send-to vypne odesílání úplně. Děláme hry, aplikace a nástroje pro ty, kdo hrají, i pro ty, kdo provozují servery. Dnes je to launcher, mod na server, panel pro herní servery a jeden účet na všechno, k tomu herní servery, které provozujeme sami. ### Proč Nic z toho nezačalo jako nápad na produkt. Každá věc začala večerem, který padl na něco, co mělo trvat deset minut. Tak jsme si postavili verzi, jakou jsme chtěli, dali ji na vlastní server a opravili, co se rozbilo před našimi vlastními hráči. ### Jak pracujeme - Svoje produkty používáme dřív než ty: tenhle web i jeho backend běží ve STYGION Panelu a STYGION MC jede na Keystone. - Každé číslo, které zveřejníme, říká, odkud je a kolik měření za ním stojí. - Neslibujeme data. Věci vychází, když fungují. - Cokoliv zaplatíš, kupuje pohodlí, nikdy sílu. - Tvoje data jsou tvoje: stáhneš si je nebo smažeš účet sám, bez psaní e-mailů. ### Z čeho žijeme Z VIP na STYGION MC, z předplatného Panelu a z příspěvků do fondu na hardware.
